What's New
Getting started checklist — New organisations see a short checklist on the dashboard: add a payment method, then deploy a VM or create an S3 bucket. It disappears once you're up and running.
Failed payment alerts — If a monthly charge fails, a banner now appears across the portal with the outstanding amount and a link to update your payment method.
Clearer VM controls — VMs show a Running or Stopped status, Create VM and the power buttons are labelled, and actions that need the VM powered off (such as Modify Resources) now explain why instead of being hidden.
Billing filters — The billing Resource Type filter now lists exactly what you have been billed for, including S3 storage.
Source IP allowlist for firewall rules — Restrict each port-forwarding rule to specific IPv4 addresses or CIDR ranges. Leave the allowlist empty to preserve the default open behaviour.
Self-service API token management — Generate, regenerate, and revoke your organisation's API token from the user menu under your avatar. Pick an expiry from preset options (1 hour through 1 year, or never) and copy the token once at creation.
VM provisioning via API — Deploy, manage, and delete virtual machines programmatically using your organisation API token. Supports template selection, region targeting, SSH key injection, and all VM lifecycle operations (power on/off, rename, resize, snapshots). See the API documentation for details.
SSH key generation during VM creation — Generate a new Ed25519 SSH key pair directly from the Create VM modal without leaving the deployment flow.
Protected vCPU and memory billing — New billing resource types for protected vCPU and memory, enabling accurate cost tracking for DR-protected workloads.
Per-organisation API tokens — Generate API tokens scoped to your organisation with configurable expiry dates, enabling secure programmatic access to your cloud resources.
VM disk size configuration — Choose a custom disk size when deploying a new VM or modifying an existing one.
SSH public key upload — Upload your own SSH public key as an alternative to generating a new key pair.
Web terminal access — Access your VMs via a secure web-based terminal directly from the portal.
Firewall rules management — Configure inbound firewall rules and port forwarding directly from the portal.
Dedicated customer networking — Self-service customers can now have a dedicated network with DHCP, DNS, and NAT automatically provisioned.
VM snapshots — Create, delete, and restore VM snapshots from the portal (up to 3 per VM).
VM rename & resource modification — Rename your VMs and modify vCPU and memory allocations directly from the portal.
SSH key management — Generate Ed25519 SSH key pairs and download private keys for secure VM access.
Deployment presets — Pre-configured cluster and network settings for faster VM deployments.
Cost breakdown charts — Visual cost breakdown and monthly trend charts on the portal dashboard.
